Employee Relations and Communication

We strive to promote the concept of “Tri-Balance” for wellness of the staff among health, family and career. We arrange and facilitate a wide range of activities and plans such as health seminar and assessment, birthday party, staff competition, interests groups, distribution of fruits and herbal tea, non-smoking campaigns, etc. with the aim to promote a happy and healthy workplace. We also encourage corporate social responsibilities and sport activities for employees and their family members.

In addition, to facilitate effective communication, we offer various internal communication channels, e.g. employee engagement survey, mass communication between top management and employees, company newsletter, canteen committee and safety committee. In responding to employee needs and requests, we are open to fully expound on company messages and policies to ensure transparency.
