E-fu Noodles 200 g
Cooked Crab Meat 120 g
Pork [shredded] 60 g
Chinese Mushrooms [soaked and shredded] 2
Yellow Chives [sectioned] 60 g
Trimmed Bean Sprouts 60 g
Carrots [shredded] 20 g
XO Sauce 3 tbsp


Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tsp
Pure Sesame Oil 1 tsp
Cornstarch ¼ tsp

Seasoning Mix

Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
Premium Chicken Bouillon Powder 1 /4 tsp
Premium Dark Soy Sauce 1 /4 tsp
Water 150 ml

1.   Blanch E-fu noodles in boiling water for 1 minute. Drain.
2.   Mix pork with marinade.
3.   Stir-fry pork and Chinese mushrooms in 1 tbsp oil until done. Add yellow chives, bean sprouts and carrot. Stir well.
4.   Add E-fu noodles, crab meat and seasoning mix and cook until a little liquid left. Put E-fu noodles on a serving plate. Add XO Sauce and mix well. Serve.
