Braised Beef and Pork Meatballs in Cola Flavoured Marinade

Minced pork150 g
Minced beef150 g
Onion(s)50 g [chopped]
Marinade
Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
Corn starch 3 tbsp
Water 3 tbsp
Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
Sauce Mix
Cola Flavoured Marinade 125 ml
Water 250 ml
Dried mixed herbs 1 tsp
Directions
- Mix minced meat and onion with marinade. Divide into 12 meatballs.
- Pan-fry meatballs in 2 tbsp oil over low heat until golden. Add sauce mix and braise for about 10 minutes until sauce thickens.
