| Ingredients
Minced beef250 g Green onion(s)1/2 Cup [Chopped] Egg (s)1 pc Water2-3 tsp
Marinade
Plain Flour 200 g Water 375 ml Salt 1/4 tsp Egg 2 pcs
Seasoning Mix
Premium Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Sweet Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Chicken Bouillon Powder 1 tsp
Directions
- To make pancake using the batter:
a) Beat egg with water. Pour into plain flour to form smooth batter. b) Grease skillet and heat. Pan-fry a ladle of batter to form pancake. Repeat with the remaining batter until finished. Can make around 8 pancakes.
- To prepare filling:
Mix minced beef with water, egg, seasoning mix and green onion. Stir clockwise until firm.
- To pan-fry:
a) Spread some stuffing onto a piece of pancake. b) Fold the four angles to centre to form an envelope. Repeat procedure to finish making 8 envelopes. c) Pan-fry in hot oil until both sides golden and beef is cooked. d) Cut into long pieces to serve.
