Black Pepper Young Pig Trotters
Pig trotter (s)1 kg [young, cut into pieces]
Onion(s)1/2 pc [diced]
Chili adequate amount [green, diced]
Chili adequate amount [red, diced]
Black Pepper Sauce 3 tbsp
Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
- Mix young pig trotters with marinade. Steam for about 45 minutes until tender. Rinse with water until cool.
- Saute onion and chilies in 1 tbsp oil until fragrant. Add Lee Kum Kee Black Pepper Sauce, water and cook until thickens. Add young pig trotters and heat through.
