Pig trotter (s)1 kg [young, cut into pieces]
Onion(s)1/2 pc [diced]
Chili adequate amount [green, diced]
Chili adequate amount [red, diced]
Black Pepper Sauce
Black Pepper Sauce

Water200 ml


Marinade
Premium Oyster Sauce
Premium Oyster Sauce
2 tbsp


Directions
  1. Mix young pig trotters with marinade. Steam for about 45 minutes until tender. Rinse with water until cool.
  2. Saute onion and chilies in 1 tbsp oil until fragrant. Add Lee Kum Kee Black Pepper Sauce, water and cook until thickens. Add young pig trotters and heat through.
