Ku Ju Vegetables 1 pc
Choy Sun Oyster Sauce 30 g
Premium Soy Sauce 20 g
Sugar 10 g

- Marinate shredded beef. Coat beef with batter. Heat oil in wok until 30-40% hot. Stir-fry battered beef in oil. Drain.
- Heat a little of oil in wok. Add green onion and shredded ginger. Saute until fragrant. Add Lee Kum Kee Choy Sun Oyster Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce, chicken powder and sugar. Stir in fried beef and cook for a short while. Add starch solution and heat through.
- Put prepared shredded beef in pocket cakes. Garnish with Ku Ju vegetables.
