At the 3rd Global Conference of the Cantonese, Lee Kum Kee Group Chairman Mr. Lee Man Tat was selected as the “Global Top Ten Outstanding Cantonese”. The event was organised by Global Cantonese Association, Jiangmen Municipal Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China, The Jiangmen Municipal Foreign Affairs Office as well as Jiangmen Municipal Returned Overseas Chinese Association with the aim of recognising outstanding Cantonese with immense contribution to the community in multifaceted areas.

Lee Kum Kee Sauce Group has garnered the “Outstanding Import & Export Enterprise Awards 2017–Achievement Award for the 20th Anniversary of the HKSAR Celebration” by the Hong Kong Chinese Importers’ and Exporters’ Association (the Association). Amidst the 20th anniversary of the return of Hong Kong to its motherland, the Association has set up this prize to recognise Lee Kum Kee as a highly representative company for its contribution to Hong Kong’s import and export industry over the years.

The Chinese Institute of Food Science and Technology (CIFST) hosted a Food Summit in China & 14th Annual Meeting of CIFST in Wuxi, Jiangsu. Some 2,000 guests from the food industry, government, food enterprises as well as teachers and students from respective food science institutes gathered together to discuss the missions and the latest development in food science and technology.
