Stir-fried Chicken and Assorted Vegetables with Salt Reduced Soy Sauce

Ingredients

Chicken meat 350 g [cut into pieces]
Broccoli 120 g [cut into florets]
Cauliflower 90 g [cut into florets]
Carrot (s) 50 g [sliced]
Garlic 2 tsp [minced]
Cooking wine 1 tbsp


Marinade

Pure Sesame Oil 1/2 tsp
Corn starch 1 tbsp
Salt Reduced Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Corn starch 1 tsp
Water 3 tbsp
Salt Reduced Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
Sugar 2 tsp


Directions
  1. Marinate chicken meat for 15 minutes.
  2. Blanch broccoli, cauliflower and carrot in boiling water. Drain.
  3. Saute minced garlic in 2 tbsp oil. Add chicken and stir-fry until done. Sprinkle with wine.
  4. Add vegetables and sauce mix. Stir well until heated through.
