Red Braised Pork Noodles in Soup

Shanghai thin noodles 120 g [Dried Noodles]
Minced pork 100 g
Chinese mushroom(s) 2 pcs [Soaked and diced]
Garlic 2 cloves [Minced]
Shallots 2 pcs [Chopped]
Shao Hsing wine 1 tbsp


Premium Chicken Bouillon Powder 2 tsp
Pure Sesame Oil 2 tsp
Water 2 Cup

Seasoning Mix

Red Braising Sauce 2 tbsp
Water 1/2 Cup
Pepper a little
Corn starch 1/2 tsp

  1. Saute garlic and shallots in 1 tbsp oil.  Stir in minced pork and mushroom.  Sizzle wine.
  2. Add seasoning mix and simmer until sauce thickened.
  3. Boil the noodles until done.  Divide into two soup bowls.
  4. Bring the stock to boil and ladle over the noodles.  Put the minced pork mixture on top to serve.
