Stir-fried Chicken and Pine Nuts with Sweet Soy Sauce

Chicken meat 300 g [cut into strips]
Celery 90 g [cut into strips]
Carrot (s) 50 g [cut into strips]
Pine Nuts 50 g
Chili 1/2 pc [red, cut into strips]


Pure Sesame Oil 1 tsp
Corn starch 1/2 tsp
Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tsp
Sweet Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
Water 3 tbsp
Corn starch 1 1/2 tsp

  1. Mix chicken with marinade.
  2. Parboil celery and carrot in boiling water. Drain.
  3. Stir-fry pine nuts in 2 tbsp oil until golden yellow. Set aside.
  4. Saute red chili in remaining oil. Add chicken and stir-fry until done. Add celery, carrot, sauce mix and heat through. Stir in pine nuts.
