Chef Recommendation

Prawns [Shelled and keep tail intact] 300 g
Pomelo Honey 2 tsp
Pomelo Flesh 150 g
Flesh of Mango [diced] 150 g
Salad Vegetables 100 g


Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood 2 tsp
Pure Sesame Oil 1 /2 tsp
Lemon grass [chopped] 1 pc

Seasoning Mix

Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood 2 Tbsp
Lime Juice 2 tsp
Sugar 2 tsp
Extra virgin Olive Oil 1 Tbsp
Chinese parsley [chopped] 1 Tbsp
Red Chili [chopped] 1 tsp

1.   Mix marinade with the prawns.
2.   Heat 1 tbsp oil, pan-fry prawns until golden and cooked. Drizzle pomelo honey and mix. Set aside.
3.   Mix salad leaves, mango, and pomelo with the seasoning mix. Arrange the prawns on top to serve.
