Ingredients

Chicken 1/2 pc [chopped into pieces]
Onion(s) 1 pc [cut into pieces]
Potato(es) 600 g [cut into pieces]
Button Mushroom (s) 90 g [canned, sliced]


Marinade

Coconut Curry Sauce 1 bottle
Water 1 L


Directions
  1. Stir-fry onion, potato and button mushrooms in 2 tbsp oil. Add chicken and stir-fry for a while.
  2. Add sauce mix and cook for 25-30 minutes or until sauce thickens.
