Plain Flour 225 g
Unsalted Butter 75 g
Salt ⅓ tsp
Sugar ⅔ tsp
Baking Powder ⅓ tsp
Egg Yolk 2 pcs
Water 2 tbsp


Cooked Turkey Meat [diced] 200 g
Onion [diced] 80 g
Corn Kernel 80 g
Plain Flour 1 tbsp
Milk 125 ml


Beaten Egg 1 pc

Seasoning Mix

Premium Oyster Sauce 1 ½ tbsp
English/ American Mustard 1 tsp

1.   Rub butter into flour until it resembles breadcrumbs. Mix with salt, sugar, baking powder, egg yolk and adequate amount of water to form a piece of dough. Cover it with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes.
2.   Sauté onion with 1 Tbsp oil. Add corn and turkey and toss well. Sprinkle with flour. Add milk and Seasoning Mix slowly. Mix well and let stand to cool.
3.   Take out the dough and roll it out 3mm to 5mm thick. Cut four 4-inch circles as top and base crusts. Lift the remaining dough, cut it into long strips in the width the same as the depth of the pie pan and line two 4-inch pie pans.
4.   Add filling to the lined pie pans. Brush the rim of the pie crust with egg wash and top with pastry circles. Slightly press the rim to seal.
5.   Brush egg wash on pie top and bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 25 to 30 minutes until golden.
