Black Pepper Steak with Spicy Salad

Beef Rib Eye [1-2 pcs] 300 g
Tomato [diced] 1 pc
Cucumber [diced] ½ pc
Avocado [diced] ½ pc
Salad Vegetables 50 g


Premium Oyster Sauce 3 tbsp


Chiu Chow Chili Oil 1 tsp
Double Deluxe Soy Sauce 2 tsp
Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tsp
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil 1 tbsp
Balsamic Vinegar 4 tsp

Seasoning Mix

Black Pepper Sauce 3 tbsp
Hot Water 2 tbsp

1.   Marinate the steak for 10 minutes. Grill until desire doneness. Pour over the sauce mix.
2.   Mix the vegetables and avocado with the salad dressing and serve along with the steak.
