Prawn Meat [deveined and pat-dried] 450 g

Seasoning Mix

Chili Bean Sauce 2 tbsp
Sugar ¼ tsp
Cornstarch ½ tsp
Water 4 tbsp


Shredded Green Onion

1.   Sauté prawn meat in 2 tbsp oil until almost cooked.
2.   Add sauce mix and toss well until heated through. Sprinkle green onion on top.
