Stir-fried Rice Vermicelli with Seafood

Chef Recommendation

Dried Rice Vermicelli 120 g
Shrimp Meat 150 g
Squid [cut into pieces] 100 g
Bell Peppers [shredded] 50 g
Carrots [shredded] 25 g

Seasoning Mix

Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood 2 tbsp
Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tsp
Pure Sesame Oil 2 tsp

1.   Cook the rice vermicelli in boiling water according to packet instruction or until soft. Drain.
2.   Stir fry shrimps and squid in 2 tbsp oil until done. Add bell peppers and carrots, toss for 1 minute.
3.   Return rice vermicelli and add seasoning mix, stir well and heat through.
